| Gail Solish is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Social Worker who has worked with individuals, couples and families for over 30 years. Her specialties include parent-child conflict, separation/divorce, anxiety or depression, family of origin issues and life transitions. Her approach respects her clients’ strengths and uniqueness. She views the process of change as a way for people to recognize their inner wisdom and discover solutions to their challenges.
Gail has worked in hospital settings, a family service agency and consulted to schools. She has had a private practice for over 20 years and has included providing EAP services to individuals and companies. She has conducted workshops and groups on parenting, adolescence, stress management, balancing work and family and separation and divorce. She has training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), solution focus therapy and family therapy.
Gail enjoys working with people and helping them make changes and achieve their desired goals.
