Ellis Nicolson and Associates offer individual, family, and marriage counselling to those living in Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Etobicoke, and Oakville. I want to welcome you to Ellis Nicolson and Associates, and thank you for taking the time to view my site. I first want to acknowledge you for the courage it takes to seek help, and for taking this first step. I imagine that you may be feeling some fear and uncertainty in terms of what to expect when coming to see me for individual, couple or family counselling. I will do my best to help make this experience safe and inviting for you. In order to find out more about me you can click on the tab to the left of the screen marked “Ellis Nicolson”. Let me begin by saying that by coming to counselling does not mean that you are mentally ill, sick, or abnormal. What it does mean is that you want to take responsibility for your own wellbeing, and learn how to experience your life in a way that is most helpful for you.
