Introduction

Kathryn Burton ( MSc. RN. RSW. RMFT.)
has been in private practice in the region of Halton since 1990, and provides ongoing services to the Halton Board of Education. She works with individuals, couples, and families who experience a variety of concerns including: conflict resolution, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, separation, anxiety, depression, job stress, parenting, grief, loss and more.

She provides psychotherapy and counseling for a wide range of issues including trauma resolution and domestic violence.

Kathryn practices solution focused, and re-decision therapy, as well as CBT.

Kathryn maintains a holistic focus, helping clients achieve their goals by working to strengthen Body, Mind, and Spirit. She is a Certified yoga Instructor (CYI), and is also certified as a Restorative Yoga Teacher: www.restorativeyogateachers.com
