Welcome to Burton Counselling! Thank you for visiting. My name is Kathryn, and I've counselled clients, as a Family Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist, for over 25 years, in Burlington and the Halton Region.

As a former Chief Steward, RN, and with Certification in Restorative Yoga, (www.restorativeyogateachers.com), I have a well-informed perspective for counselling clients in toxic work situations.
If you are traumatized or have been diagnosed with PTSD, I will help you not only, Survive but Thrive, using a combination of modalities that suit- You. (CBT, Solution-focused Therapy, EFT, EMDR... and more.) I also offer CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) to EAP groups, and individuals.
