Welcome to Burton Counselling! Thank you for visiting. My name is Kathryn, and I've counselled clients, as a Family Therapist in Burlington, and the Halton Region, for over 25 years. I work with: Individuals, Couples, Families, Groups, Staff of the Halton Board of Education, and EAP Insurance Holders.

I have extensive experience, as a Registered Nurse and Chief Steward, and along with my (www.restorativeyogateachers.com), Certification in Restorative Yoga, have a well-informed perspective for counselling clients in toxic work situations. I offer : Coping skills, Stress-reduction strategies, Options, and Knowledgeable Understanding.

Trauma survivors and PTSD clients, benefit from my experience providing psychotherapy, helping clients not only Survive, but Thrive! I provide CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing), to EAP groups and individuals.
