The decision to seek help is never an easy one, but it indicates that the person is willing to work towards personal and relational health.

ABOUT SUZANNE......

I am a Family, couple and Individual therapist who uses a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental approach with my clients. I have been trained and experienced in a wide range of issues using a systematic approaches integrating modalities in the areas of Narrative Therapy,  Emotional Focussed Therapy, Cogitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy,  Family Systemic and Psychodynamic. I believe that it is crucial to built a therapeutic alliance in order to create a professional, confidential , collaborative,and respectful atmosphere with my clients that promote health, renew hope and that clients can gain  the most from their life experiences.

I am a qualified teacher with many years of experience, I understand children issues related to school stress and family difficulties. I have worked with teenagers and I am familiar with the struggles or peer pressures that often make life  stressful  for them.

I am fully bilingual in French and in English written and spoken and I  work in collaboration with various French schools offering consultations in French for students. I have been living in Ontario for over 25 years. I am a single mother of three teenagers and one young adult.

I have a private practice in Markham and I am an affiliate member with Meadowbrook Counselling Associates.
