Therapy Approach:
Together with the client, we set goals at the beginning of therapy and continue working towards achieving those goals. Periodically, the therapy process and progress is reviewed to ensure the client's satisfaction.
I provide Individual and Couple counselling. Through my approach in therapy, we will explore feelings & emotions, thoughts & beliefs, meaning, context, behaviours, actions & reactions. We will also define different patterns and work towards creating a fresh and exciting new outlook to life. The objective is to achieve fulfillment with who we are as individuals and blossom within healthier relationships.
Models used:
I integrate different therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Gottman, all from a System's Approach.
